The Sundance Institute executive Michelle Satter and the film editor Carol Littleton will also get prizes at the Governors Awards ceremony in November.
Wilkinson, a versatile actor who also starred in “Shakespeare in Love” and “Batman Begins,” won acclaim through decades of work in television and film and onstage.
